UNRAVEL

Following the success of its first production at Lava Bar , The Cascade Performance Company returned with their new work Unravel in July 2007.

Unravel explored the themes of light and darkness, the difference between two contrasting elements of nature and its effects on not only our surroundings but also our personalities as human beings. Using contemporary styles and contact work, 5 dancers disclosed deep emotions that took the audience on a journey through self-recognition.

The performance was supported by live Derbyshire band Zoo, who delivered a variety of Jazz acoustic melodies to highlight the summers afternoon.
